Cap life skills runs over 8-10 weeks where members will be taken on a journey through these different areas: lifting the pressure, taking control, making your money go further, staying in control of your home energy ,cooking on a budget ,healthy you ,healthy relationships including communication, forgiveness, loving others and finally a celebration week.


The course is run in a community where we can all share together and learn as we go along. There is always an element of fun in each week too.
